Six Flags
Hunter found a coke with Aunt Heather's name on it.
They were over pictures by this point in the day.
Before we left they made me ride this ride. I have to admit it was a lot of fun.
Baseball time! Hunter's biggest fans minus his daddy. Thank you mamaw for the shirts.
Coach David Weathers got the boys BP passes & tickets to the Braves games. Hunter thought it was so cool to be this close to the action.
Haley, Lily, & I are all hooked on Vampire Diaries so since we were so close to where they film we took a tour. These two girls are a hoot. No we weren't in Virginia they film in Covington, GA.
Unfortunately this was as close to the stars as we got.
We ate lunch at the Mystic Grill.
This is the ally where Damon killed someone on the show. It was so neat to stand where they had filmed.
Around the square of Covington, GA they have these in the sidewalk.
This famous sign is lit up in a lot of scenes on the show.
A lot happens in the middle of the square.
The building is where Sheriff Forbes office is in the show.
Many of the stars sat on this bench so my two stars had to sit on it too.
This is the front of the Lockwood Mansion.
A lot of scenes and parties are filmed in this backyard.
After the tour we had to visit Scoops and get ice creams & treats for the brothers.
At the ball field they had a Coke truck where you could make your own name. Haley made one for me & her.
The last trip I taught the kids how to play spoons. This trip I taught them to play Bullcrap.
We finished 3rd out of 80 something teams. Not to shabby! Good job Dodgers! Hunter made the all tournament team for pitching & hitting.
MORE PICS TO COME IN THIS POST. I am going ahead and posting so all my post aren't out of order.
