Happy 12th Birthday Beau!!!

Beau's birthday is November 24th which falls on Thanksgiving this year so they had his party last night.  It was so much fun.  It was so good to see so many football players and coaches since football ended so quickly last weekend.

Happy 12th Birthday Beau!

I remember 6 short weeks after Hunter was born waiting in the waiting room at Methodist North for you to be born.  You were so cute and little.  We couldn't wait to introduce you to your cousin Hunter.   We are so blessed to have you in our life!  We are so proud of the good christian young man you are becoming.  We love you very much!

We suffered a tough 7-0 loss to the Cordova Wolves.  Hunter was devastated.  I did not take pictures after the game because he was so upset.  Since this is his last year with AYS I am hoping to get some pictures of him and his coaches at the banquet.  Look for that post in December!  I am so thankful to the entire coaching staff for the great job they did with our boys this year.  We finished the season 8-2.

After the tough loss against Cordova we had to rush to Germantown Middle for the 6th grade basketball Jamboree. 

 

 I am so thankful for my children.  They keep me busy and I love every minute of it!

 At Friday's practice Coach Scott announced the boys that made the All Star Team.  Hunter, Logan, Beau & Tanner.  He told them they would be captains for the rest of the year!  We are so proud of them.

All 3 Tiger teams won their 1st round playoff games.  Next week will will face Cordova.  It should be a good game.  We beat them in the regular season 7-6.  GO TIGERS!!!!

HALLOWEEN

Halloween is my least favorite holiday but I love seeing my kids get dressed up and have so much fun.  My sisters and I usually come up with a game plan of where we are meeting and the route we will take to be sure to hit all the relatives houses.  But this year my plan was altered!!  I woke up feeling bad on Sunday and found out Monday I had strep throat for the first time in 19 years.  It kicked my butt.  I was in bed for 3 days.  Missing all the trick or treating festivities.  My wonderful hubby, even though he hates taking pictures, took the pictures below for me.

The kids had a great night.   They got to trick or treat and stopped by Mr. Charles' house for hot dogs & chili.  I am glad they enjoyed themselves.  Rob was tired when they got home but is such a trooper he went to work that night anyway!  Now that Halloween is over let my favorite time of year begin!  I LOVE Thanksgiving and Christmas!

Tigers go Pink!

Tigers went pink for breast cancer awareness month.  A lot of the fans sported pink while the boys had pink socks and mouth pieces.  The coaches all had pink visors.
