Hunter played in a tournament at First TN Fields this past weekend.  They finished 2nd.  Here are a few pictures from the weekend.

I am so happy that Justin is coaching Hunter this year.  I have been waiting for this picture since Hunter was 2.  

Haley's Birthday Celebration

First we went to Cici's for lunch.

Haley loves to paint so we headed to Meredith's for a paint party.  When we arrived Meredith had this cute little decoration up for Haley.  She is so thoughtful.

When we got home we had Gigi's mini cupcakes & opened presents.

For dinner I cooked homemade fried chicken.  Heather, Chad, Charlie & Hannah came for dinner.

I love to watch these two play together & hear their giggles.  Charlie is such a good big brother.

Hannah is quite the entertainer.  She was leading the conversation.

It was a wonderful day celebrating my beautiful baby girl turning 12.  We love you Haleybug!

Bittersweet Baseball

Hunter's first baseball tournament of the year was in Gulfport, MS.  It was a great weekend.  They finished 2nd in the tournament.

Hunter pitched the opening game.  He had a great outing.

This tournament Hunter and Will batted 3rd & 4th.  In the past 6 years they have never batted beside each other.  

This was the first of Hunter's 3 homeruns during the weekend.

We ate at Applebees which was a treat because there are very few close to us.

It was a quick weekend.  We played the championship game on Sunday at 5:30 which didn't put us back on the road until 8:00p.m. and with a 6 hour drive that was late!  It was a good trip but it was bittersweet weekend because while I am very excited for baseball season and for Hunter to play for Justin, I am going to miss playing with people we have played with for so many years.

Happy 12th Birthday Haleybug

12 years ago today God blessed our family with the most precious 8lb 2oz. baby girl.  We are so thankful to have you in our life.  You are beautiful on the inside and out.  You are sweet, kind, loving, and have such a caring heart.  We love you so much!

We celebrated with our family at our favorite Mexican restaurant Mezcal.  

You are growing up so fast but you will always be our baby girl.  We love you so much Haleybug!!
