8th Grade Champs

AMS 8th grade football team won the middle school championship again.  They won it as 7th graders having an undefeated season and did the same in 8th grade.  We are so proud of our Tigers.  Especially Hunter & Beau.

Before the game.

Rob and Darren worked the chains for the game.  This is Rob's favorite view of the game.

Hunter provided an awesome block that allowed Tate to score.

Congratulating Tate on his touchdown.

Beau knocking them down.

Tigers WIN!!

AHS Coach Wiley gave the boys a talk after the game.

Celebrating

Of course after the trophies I had to snap all kinds of pictures.

Mamaw & Grandad love to watch these boys play football.

Beau is taller than Amy!!  :)

Hunter & Logan have played football together for 5 years.

Haley loves her cousin Beau.

We are so proud of our Huntman!

Nelia Dempsey took the team photos.  She was so kind to take extra pics for me.  I love how they turned out.

They turned out so good, I love all of them!

Pumpkin Carving Fun

We decided to start a new tradition of having a family pumpkin carving contest.   We scheduled it and unfortuantley had to postpone it when Hannah Grace had to be admitted to the hospital.

After a few days Hannah was all better so we rescheduled our pumpkin carving.

We are so glad this sweet girl is feeling better.

I went into the living room and saw these two cuties laying in the floor having a sweet little conversation.

We had a cookie cake for Robbie & Hunter's birthday since everyone was out of town for their birthdays.

After dessert it was time to start the fun and boy did it start.

Haley was so funny.  I think she had forgotten how yucky the inside of the pumpkin was.  These pictures of her face are priceless.

Hannah did not want to share her marker with uncle Cheetoh.

Everybody working hard.

Had to stop for a quick measuring.  Yep Hunter is now taller than Aunt Heather.

I love the concentration on Hunter's face

Robbie free handed the St. Louis emblem on Hunter's pumpkin.

Lining them up as they were finished.

 The judges.

These two are both so silly!

We had so much fun & look forward to this family tradition.  Of course all the kids won this year.  mom even had prizes for them.

I love my family so much.  They are a true blessing.  I am thankful to God for giving them to me and for each day I am blessed to spend with them.
