Friends & Family Weekend

We had so much fun watching Jonah & Carter play basketball.

Monday was a holiday so we cooked out & made s'mores.

Uncle Rob taught Carter to light a fire.

Then the fun began.

We are loving our new house and the easiness of being in Arlington! 

AMS Basketball

Hunter's middle school team went undefeated in regular season play.  They have played two games in the district tournament so far and won both. 

Ali & her family have come to several games to support Huntman.  We just love the Mills family!

Goodbye 2012, Hello 2013

This blog post will be to catch up from Christmas to New Years.

Hannah Grace is working so hard to learn to walk.  She really is an inspiration to us all.

Izzy is really a sassy little princess.  She visits with me in the car while we wait at the middle school to pick up the kids.

Hunter on Christmas Eve in his new clothes.  It was chilly outside but he didn't care.

 We kept the girls for Ali.  My kids love playing with them.

Our 2nd grade Christmas party was a paint party.  It was fun.  Our paintings actually turned out good too.

The boys are growing up so fast!  Carter loves being with the big guys.

Hunter played in a tournament the week between Christmas & New Years.

Hunter has gotten very good at getting fouled & making his free throws.  He still needs to get more aggressive.  He's to protective of his fouls.  Like my dad said "you can't take them with you!"

10. Baseball trip to Cooperstown, NY followed by an amazing family vacation to New York City, Boston, Philadelphia & Washington D.C.

9. Hunter got contacts.

8. Haley made the middle school volleyball team.

7. Diagnosed, treated & overcame Thyroid Cancer.

6. Celebrated our 18 wedding anniversary.

5. Hunter's 7th grade football team won their league & championship.

4. Robbie turned 40!

3. Moved back to Arlington.

2. Made a tough decision that turned out to be a blessing.  Showed us the meaning of true friendship.

1. God blessed me with a wonderful year.  It had ups and downs but I learned so much.


New Years Eve we had just moved and all of us were tired and feeling a little under the weather so we stayed home & rested.

God has big plans for my family and I look forward to whatever 2013 brings.
