End of Summer (LONG POST)

This summer was made up of a lot of travel for baseball. It was busy and made the summer fly by but fun to watch Hunter and spend time together as a family.

They finished the season at the World Wood Bat in Atlanta. They finished in the top 16 out of 344 teams. Hunter made the All Tournament Team.

Hunter got a new outfielders glove. I think he likes it. He fell asleep wearing it.

I LOVE these people!

And just like that summer baseball is over. :(

This is what our room looked like most of the summer. Playstation tournaments are so fun.

Julie & Tate

We were often home on Tuesdays & Wednesday so we had to cram everything in. Including playtime. :)

Hunter and I were going to Nashville by ourselves so we decided to take Carter & Charlie. They had a blast.

The boys watching Hunter pitch at Vandy.

We took them to the Rainforest Cafe for dinner.
Some serious tic-tac-toe

We got to come home for Hannah & Charlie's birthday party at Thornton's Pool.

We enjoyed watching fireworks at the Wade's house for the 4th.

Haley got her permit. We now have 2 teenage drivers!

The Mills girls came into town so we met them for dinner. We love our Mills girls.

This is what we looked like for most of the summer.

On one of our trips we actually got to stop by Old Town Spaghetti Store which made me very happy.

Dinner & fun with David and the kids.

Jase & Tori are getting so big.

Jase loved throwing the stuffed animals off the balcony & having them thrown back at him.

It finally started feeling like summer when we got to hang out with all our people.

A new hair color thanks to Shelli.

We took Haley to Nashville to meet up with Allie. She went to stay with Allie and her family in Indiana for the week before school starts.

On the way home from Nashville we stopped at Robbie's Aunt Lequita's in Lexington house for a night.

Kristi had Hunter up on the paddle board within 30 minutes of us getting there.
He and Madison were all went over the place.

It was so much fun to be with Robbie's family and relax.

Dad and Hunter helped me move the heavy stuff in my so I treated them to lunch at Mezcal. Robbie got to come too. I was happy to eat with my 3 favorite guys.

Well summer is coming to an end. The fall is always so busy with back to school, football & holidays. As much as I hate seeing summer end, I love this time of year. I look forward to cooler weather and time spent with family and friends.
